Guest
Wondering if anyone can help identifying or has information on a straight 8 Buckboard, my father used it as a shooting truck as a yougster and has told me that it is a 1926 model, but not sure. I am curious as to the rarity of this animal as other questions on this site lead me to believe that 1926 only had 4s and 6s... Anybody?
Guest
Mal, Your Dodge Brothers is not likely a '26. It may be a '29/'30 DC-8 or a later '31 DG-8. In any case, more information will be required in order to help with the identification. Possibly you might find some ID on the frame or engine? Guest
Thanks RAH, further information extracted from my Father revealed that it is something between a '25 to a '28 with a later model 8 fitted. Would like to have immediate access to it but it is sitting on a farm in the middle of the desert, hence my curiosity as to it being a viable restoration project. Thanks, Mal
