DPCD Coupe 1938 Era

Can anyone with a coupe of this era post a couple of good pictures of the area behind the seat? My car is at the upholsterer's shop and I'm looking for info on the fabric flap that covers the spare tire. Also knowing the type of material would help; whether it was leather, vinyl, etc.

On re reading your question I'm not sure quite what you are driving at. Do you mean spare tire storage inside the trunk with some kind of cover over it? Can you tell us what year, make and model?

Well, that shows the spare tire.  

Thanks for the pics, but the black car has a completely different interior than original. This is proving a little difficult to find an image of.

Gentlemen,

                          I believe I was confused. I searched extensively and feel now that the spare tire was not covered by a flap of any kind, rather it was the 3 compartment shelf directly behind the driver's seat that had the flap. Any pictures (Dodge, Plymouth, DeSoto or Chrysler) to confirm that would be very welcome.

I think that they had a vinyl like cover over the spare a couple years earlier.
