Didnt want to tear up the carpet in front of the seller when I bought it, try to see as much as possible, some hidden things are always going to turn up, but as I mentioned, I bought it for almost 1/2 of his original asking price so I can afford to take care of some unforeseen problems ,,,,I enjoy working on them for me it’s therapeutic,,,
