gundog99 Posted July 25, 2018 Posted July 25, 2018 I am fitting a 6 volt coil (USA made) A-12000-FS6. Primary resistance 1.8 - 1.9 ohms, secondly resistance 8300 ohms, to my 1927 2249 Dodge Senior. Want I the best condenser to use with this coil?
Mikefit Posted July 25, 2018 Posted July 25, 2018 (edited) What is the coil for then get the condenser that goes with that coil. You can miss the mfds by 50 percent and still be in the ball park. Mike 6volt 12volt the condenser does not care. Edited July 25, 2018 by Mikefit Spelling (see edit history)
Spinneyhill Posted July 28, 2018 Posted July 28, 2018 They are pretty much all 22 to 25 µF aren't they? Just find one that fits!
