56 dynaflow to 54 264 engine

Hey guys, can anyone tell me if a 56 Dynaflow P 089 ID # fit up to my 54 Buick 264 engine. I have a very tired 3 spd in it now and would love to lose the clutch, any help is greatly appreciated,,,,,,,,PaPa
