(#22) What is it? Identify that car! Ranier National Park Edition:

We recently received a massive collection of prewar car photographs. We are equipped to identify cars in photographs. Due to the volume of unidentified images, we decided to try something new….and something that is hopefully fun for you!

Do you think you have what it takes to ID the vehicle(s) in the image? If so, please give us the make and model year and, whenever possible, the reasons why you believe your identification is correct. Some vehicles will be easier to identify than others, but we will share them all with you regardless. After we receive some guesses, we will check our available resources to see how you did. Good luck!

This photo was taken at Ranier National Park.

Hello Library, The 5" max photos are too tiny and not zoomable. The mystery photos would be easier & more pleasureable to look at if they were scanned at high resolution. I'd like to have the mystery photos fill my 12" X 20" computer screen.

Thanx, Jim

When you click on 'view full article' the photo is bigger. This particular one looks to be not very clear anyway.

@drwatson , thanks for your note. The actual photograph is pretty tiny. If you are looking at it via a PC or laptop, the digital image would dwarf the real one. :-) I believe Tumblr downgrades the resolution of the image a bit. If you would like the original image to analyze further, don't be a stranger. You can email me at  mhocker@aaca.org, and reference the image caption in the subject heading: "(#22) What is it? @nzcarnerd, feel free to do the same for any of the other photos you see. You have been a great help so far. Thanks again for taking the time to look into them.
