Old used oil filters

They were somewhat generic.  Many 30's cars used them.  Mopars for sure in the 30's.  I think maybe Lincoln and Packard .  Probably the more expensive cars as the cheaper cars were just that cheaper and didn't have them from the factory but could easily be added to most cars.

Wayne....Johnnie and I make these........they are billet and perfect, they take a  Chevy screw on filter inside. They are on countless Pebble Beach winners. One time and done........550.

Didn’t know you were doing conversions.........usually ours are used on 100 point and high point cars where oil changes are less often than drivers. We make clams for some cars also. All you need to do is use electrical tape on the inside of the clamp with epoxy paint and they don’t scratch. We have sold a bunch over the years. The gap in the filter is covered by the brackets that hold them in so you can’t see them.
