1948 Buick AC Delco Fuel Filter & Gasket

I'm trying to find a source for the insert filter and gasket for the glass bowl type AC Delco Filters used on the 1948 Buick Super.

Anyone know who might have NOS Parts or reproductions?

Also, do an ebay search for "Carter ceramic fuel filter" and you will find several complete units available also. These filters were used in many applications besides Buick.

I saw that but mine is about 1-1/2" long.

There seem to be a few different flavors of this same baisc device out there.

It may be aI need to change out the entire unit to one that the insert cermic filter parts is readily available.
