This is a NOS GM Coolant Overflow Recovery Tank for 1979 Buick Riviera, Oldsmobile Toronado, and Cadillac Eldorado. It has a little dirt on the outside here and there from shelf storage at the dealership over the years, but I guarantee that it is an NOS piece.
