rv281 Posted June 22, 2018 Posted June 22, 2018 Does anyone have information on this car, it was smaller than an average car almost like a 1/2 scale. Didn't get to look at it much. Was missing grill and I couldn't find any identification other than it had USA printed on the center caps. Engine was missing but the manual transmission was in there. Didn't get to look it over for very long. I can't find much info on the internet hoping someone knows on here! Thanks

capngrog Posted June 22, 2018 Posted June 22, 2018 It looks like an American Bantam ... a very cool car in my opinion. Cheers, Grog

Vintageben Posted June 22, 2018 Posted June 22, 2018 Love these American Austin’s and also the Bantam reminds me of a 29 Chev but much more cute
Mark Wetherbee Posted June 22, 2018 Posted June 22, 2018 There’s several radiator shells showing up regularly on eBay from one seller. Worth it if you or someone else goes for the car and needs one but shipping is ridiculous... I think they were down south somewhere... Georgia maybe?
