Help identifying a steering wheel

Dad picked this up at a sale. Anyone help me identify it?

Aftermarket fat man steering wheel.

I don't see were it folds to be a fat man wheel.

No place for a horn or engine levers, unless they were on the outside of the column, 1910 ish design.

I Googled fat man steering wheel and did find the exact steering wheel below.  

 

Although I do agree with you, Kbeach; do not see how it would fold away.  

 

Sold for $27 in 2009... guess I have to keep working.

Looking closely at this steering wheel, I think it`s a "fat man steering wheel."

This should help. Notice the latch and knob (lower left) on the second picture. Believe some or all of this is missing on DJ1WHITE87's wheel.
