1930’s Plymouth truck bed

Hey I have a old Plymouth truck bed that someone made into a trailer just trying to see if anyone has use for it before I scrap it. I think it’s late 30’s ???

Plymouth pick ups were made 1937-41 in the US market.  My guess is yours is 1937-38.

Are Dodge beds the same?  Of course the gate would be different.  It might give you a wider market if they are.

I’m almost certain they are the same as Dodge.  I had a 1937 Dodge MC half ton and was told it was the same.  I never had the chance to compare one side by side with my truck.  If it were closer I’d make a planter out of it for my yard rather than see it go to scrap.

Do you guys know any in Colorado that might want it’s probably won’t scrap it maybe just sell as a trailer I was just hoping to find someone that needed it for a restoration. I’d hate to see that history go to waste.
