stakeside
I believe I have original colors with trim for my 29 DB 3/4 ton. Those boys build a good looking rig.

Do not believe there was any pinstripe added at the factory. I will leave it as originally delivered to dealer. Only the cream yellow was added at the factory. stakeside
Had to replace my gas tank. After doing my research I decided to use a tank from Universal Tanks. The dimensions were 1/2” larger than mine, but was able to lengthen tie down straps and lower frame mounts. Also had to have filler moved over to clear seat supports. stakeside
Got my top back from the upholstery shop. Decided some things I should leave to the professionals and pay the price. With much help from Eric Haartz of Haartz Corporation I was able to get the 65’ WIDE long grain cobra material and avoid putting seams in the top. They just ran off 1000 yards of material and he had 2 yards sent to me. Have not received the invoice yet. He said it is in the mail. Check out their site @ Haartz.com. The site has a great history section. Edited November 23, 2018 by stakeside (see edit history)
stakeside
Top looks better on the truck. This is my attempt to recreate the way these Dodge Bros truck came of the assembly line. This a 29 Dodge Brothers 3/4 ton Stakebed. Wheelbase is 120” It has the optional 20” iron rims and the heavy duty rear springs.
