Guest Posted September 16, 2002 Share Posted September 16, 2002 Puked a waterpump, got a pump and timing chain/gears only to find the timing cover had bad wear/corrosion behind the impeller. It looks to fragile to weld or patch. The cover is a cast aluminum piece approx 2" thick, houses the timing gears and the waterpump bolts to the front. Can anyone offer sources for this part?
