Guest
What is it made of? Fiberglass, ABS, plastic. I broke it on a curb just under the grill. I went to the local auto parts store and they have all sorts of different material to bond the two pieces together. One of them is some kind of flexible bumper repair, but I would need something to hold the two pieces together.Any thoughts? What's the best stuff to use on this flexible material? Also, where do you find then paint code on an '88 (Blue). Thanks for your help.
Guest
If this is the black plastic lower "spoiler," they were available for about $30 several months ago.The paint code is located on a white label in the spare tire well in the trunk. Barney Eaton
The '88-'89 blue is Sapphire Blue, the only firemist color offered on a Reatta. The paint codes are 83(GM's two digit code) 8993(the paint companys code)
Guest
What broke is the flexible piece that holds the plastic grill, and the fog lights, that goes from wheel well to wheel well and is the color of the car (Saphire Blue - Thanks Barney). I doubt that piece would be $30 so I am guessing you are talking about the hard black plastic spoiler underneath what I am asking about.
