Late 40s Buick.. I think it's a 49

Recommended Posts

Here's a photo of my 1949 model 51. I've owned it for forty years!  Original unrestored except for some engine work and the usual replacements (shocks, clutch, radial tires, heater core, etc.). Pete saw this car at the National in Portland in 2014.  This is how it should look intact.

Went and saw it today.  Lower doors and rear of front fenders are rusted out. Nice set of rims, poverty caps and ss trim rings.  Dash is great shape with old let still in it. VIN and dataplate are intact. 1949 model 51. Seat frames are good, hood is near perfect.  Grill and mustache are too pitted.  Any interest?
