Guest
Here is a picture of the 1958 Rambler Rebel V8 Super Wagon! I have all the stainless for around the back window, I have already taken some of it off, getting ready to start on the restoration. The red "R"'s on the hubcaps are a little faded on this side. This is basically what it looked like when I bought it, but a little dustier with pine needles on top. Check it out!.....

Guest Skyking
It amazes me what's still out there for cheap money....Sure was a good find!
Guest
Thanks! Here is my latest find, it came out of the same place the Rebel Super Wagon came from. It's a secret though, 'cause there is a whole bunch 'o neat old wagons in there I am drooling over....1960 Mercury Monterey convertible, original 430 engine, very restorable and low miles, it looks rougher than it is in this photo, it is a pretty solid old car with no major damage at all. The man parked it in there years ago after the rear end went out in it, somebody hooked the front bumper with a tractor and messed it up though(GRRRrrr!!!). I got it for 300.00:
Guest
What a great find! Looks like a farly simple job and parts are easy to find. Guest Skyking
Sounds to me like 300 is your lucky number........Are you planning on restoring the Merc? Now that would be a knock out car!!!!!!!
Guest
Well, I don't know about restoring the Merc yet. I may decide to sell it if I am overwhelmed with other/easier projects coming in within the next few months that I have to put in storage. I do like the style of this 60 Merc though. I hope the 300.00 trend keeps up! It seems like it is a good time to buy right now so it's hard telling what i'll drag in next. I have some REAL good leads right now on a few whole rare cars and a lot of hard to find parts so let me know if your looking for anything in particular.
