Very Nice! 1939 BUICK 41-C Dealer Ashtray or Candy Dish.

Here's a very good condition, dealer’s 1939 BUICK 41-C promotional glass ashtray or candy dish. It's a bit hard to photograph, so please disregard any glare or white spots. None of those are on this ashtray. This is an advertising ashtray from Bauer Buick. I believe they've been selling Buicks for ages, and are still in business in the suburban Chicago, Illinois area. This ashtray is a translucent black glass, with white and bright gold colors.

 

The ashtray measures 4-1/4" by 4".   I think it’s safe to say that this item was never used.
