How do you thank a shop for doing great work?

I am currently getting my Lotus Elan +2 restored and the shop is doing a great job.

 

I was wondering how do I show my appreciation, besides paying the repair tab?

 

Is a good bottle of wine appropriate? Gift Card?

 

Any ideas will be welcomed!

Maybe a nice, sincere letter of appreciation and a bonus of some monetary value for each person who touched their skills to the car.
