Look like a White.

The radiator hints at White but White did not do a gas powered  car until 1910 and the front fenders of this car look more like 1905-1906. The White steam cars had their 'radiator' much further forward. The car here has an opening panel on top of the hood which makes me think it is something with an under floor engine and that is the access to the fuel tank.
