I get the motor and supercharger. It could be the heart of a really cool vintage hot rod. But why put it into a Silver Hawk? I won't comment on the number of zeros inhabiting the asking price.

No problem spinning the rear wheels off that.  Look at the weight over the front suspension.  Way out of balance.
