It's a mid-1950s Willeme LD610.

Looks like a cattle truck body. Note the Willeme embossed in top left corner. I think it says CAMIONS WILLEME NANTERRE.

I think it is as nicely designed as the cab over engine White trucks of the early '50s. Not as nice as the Commer truck with the TS3 engine.
