Essex???

This picture was taken in my Grandparent's yard during WWII. The boys are my brother and my cousin. 

 

Is the car an Essex?

You don't need us, you nailed it, I think! 1926 Essex two door coach. Note four door hinges on suicide door, hole in splash apron (for greasing front shackle of rear spring), and so forth...

Thanks, trimacar. I was about 10 months old when this was taken and was trying to confirm whose car this was. This confirms that is was my mother's cousin's car. He had in order this Essex, a '37 Willys two-door, a '50 chev two-door, a new '60 Falcon two-door, and finally a new '68 Chev II four-door.
