What is this steering wheel?

I have bought this recently because I thought it came off a 1958 Chevy impala. After searching for one I figured out it wasn’t, so I looked up 1957 and that was closer but no chrome rings and the inside is different. I have tried many different brands and I still think it’s a GM product. Thanks

Almost looks like a mid 60's Corvair wheel.
