1965rivgs Posted January 1, 2018 Posted January 1, 2018 (edited) Hi Earl, Very interested in the first set pending condition related pics. PM sent, thanks, Tom Edited January 1, 2018 by 1965rivgs (see edit history)
MrEarl Posted January 2, 2018 Author Posted January 2, 2018 I have edited the description to reflect that these wheels are being sold as cores for restoration. The above pictures are high resolution and were taken in the shade to limit the amount of reflection and glare. Not much chance of getting better pictures of chrome. Hopefully they can be viewed on a computer screen rather than a 2 inch square cell phone. If you will click on the individual picture and then click again you will be able to greatly magnify them. Thanks for all the interest shown. 1
MrEarl Posted January 9, 2018 Author Posted January 9, 2018 Sold, should see them on a Riviera some day 1
Turbinator Posted February 5, 2018 Posted February 5, 2018 I was thinking the same for my 63 Buick Riviera. The cast aluminum turbines I have on my 63 look pretty good as well.
superbuick Posted February 6, 2018 Posted February 6, 2018 I see the wire wheels have an index hole in them. Some don't and I have read the spoke wheels don't have them. Does any one know which is correct, or did they come both ways? Or someone drilled a hole to ease installation. I have some 53 and 54 wheels that don't have the hole. Was just wondering?

I have a couple more sets in the barn loft I'll be pulling out soon and will look see. Anybody else know more on the subject.
