1971 GS rear bumper ?

A friend of mine has a rear bumper that he claims is a 1971 Buick Skylark GS with rectangle  exhaust ports in it.  Is this a rare option for the 71 GS or just a standard?

Not necessarily "rare" but very desirable.  Known as the N-25 option for 1971 and 1972 (72's had the rubber around the taillights and holes through the bumper to bolt that rubber on).  Not standard but, like I said, optional.
