Need help ID'ing a GM gas filler door, have part number

Part number on the part is 7653479. It looks like it is for a station wagon but I am not sure. My Chevrolet books only go to 1966 and the numbers just start going from 43to 75 series. Maybe someone can help?? Much appreciated

Hey Roy,

I checked 58 and that appears to be flat and on the side of the rear quarter. The 765...... number is making me think it is for another GM Brand maybe Buick?? Thanks for the input

This custom 58 looks like it has a similar door. That's where I got the idea. All the wagons I see have it on drivers side.

It does have a slight taper to it, so I agree with this identification.
