Just in case anyone has nothing to do on a Sunday morning - would anyone like to hazard a guess as to what this one is?

It is underslung, I do like the vehicle in front!

Sure looks like one to me, too. The American looks close except for that radiator and the lack of a door on the car in question.

I don't think it is underslung because you can see the main chassis rail above the axle line.
