Finding a speedometer to fit a small bezel

So I have a 1977 Ford LTD, and I am creating a custom dash unit because of the lack of used parts for the car.  I have a 2 7/8 by 12 inches instrument panel bezel face that I want to keep intact (75mm x 300mm).

I have my ideas for all the gauges I want in the face (Fuel Level, Voltmeter, Speedometer, Tachometer, and Coolant Temp).  However, I cannot find a permanent-fit speedometer that is under 75mm diameter... I would prefer it to be driven by a cable, but I could convert if I had to.  

 

I can only find GPS speedometers that have spotty signals and don't have the capacity to dim.  I realize my speedometer and all my other gauges would be about the same size, and I'm okay with that.  

 

So has anyone had luck finding a 52mm or slightly larger speedometer?
