help identify a remote control mirror

I just picked up a remote rear view mirror for my 64 Riv. It is different from the one on the car. The one on the car has a one piece mirror and holder assembly. The one I bought has the mirror housing attaching to the holder that mounts on the door. They look very similiar except for the two piece assembly. Does anybody have an idea on what year it is from? The only thing that looks like a part # is D 60245-402 on the base. The mirror seems very similiar to one I took off of a 64 Riv years ago.
