Brakes (pump) are shot. Will need new rear brake lines and rotors if you want to convert like Hemi did?  heck I did that on my other one so it can't be that hard!  Minor hail damage.  Rust on rockers!  The car is complete with good engine and tranny.  Has good oil pressure.  I can't wrench anymore so I'm not going to part it out.   If some wants to buy it for the seats and sell off the engine and transmission to help pay for the purchase?

If someone is seriously interested, I will post pics.  I'm am just bummed right now with getting to old to work on these cars.
