Help identify car for sale

My friends neighbor in Colorado has decided to sell a car and they don't know exactly what it is or how much it may be worth. Any and all help identifying and valuing this car is appreciated. Feel free to comment on what you see because you won't hurt my feelings.......

1930 Chrysler CJ. Looks to be original, a survivor. It would be good if it were preserved in original condition.

Business coupes (or in case of this car a Doctor's coupe) are usually good sellers.  I'm going to say that if he gets anywhere from 6-8k for it he should be happy.  If it runs good maybe a bit more?
