Arland Posted November 23, 2017 Posted November 23, 2017 My friends neighbor in Colorado has decided to sell a car and they don't know exactly what it is or how much it may be worth. Any and all help identifying and valuing this car is appreciated. Feel free to comment on what you see because you won't hurt my feelings.......
Spinneyhill Posted November 23, 2017 Posted November 23, 2017 (edited) 1930 Chrysler CJ. Looks to be original, a survivor. It would be good if it were preserved in original condition. Here was a nice restored one sold at auction: https://www.volocars.com/vehicles/13651/1930-chrysler-cj-coupe#next-image Edited November 23, 2017 by Spinneyhill (see edit history)
Arland Posted November 23, 2017 Author Posted November 23, 2017 Thank you! Any thoughts on value as it sits is appreciated.
alsancle Posted November 23, 2017 Posted November 23, 2017 Business coupes (or in case of this car a Doctor's coupe) are usually good sellers. I'm going to say that if he gets anywhere from 6-8k for it he should be happy. If it runs good maybe a bit more?
