JB, if you like train photographs, you need to go to the O Wilson Link Museum in Roanoke, Va.  Big Museum full of his photographs of trains over the years.  Amazing place.

It's been a while , but IIRC , that Burlington Streamliner is in the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago. ?   - Carl

We went to Natural Science Museum, with the T-Rex,,gotta to to Shedd's Aquarium and Science / Industry next!!

Hi guys. If this is the "Zephyr" it is still alive and well at the Illinois Railway Museum in Union Town Il. saw it  about 15 years ago in a shed there, and I was thrilled. 

If you are into Trains this is a great place to visit.

I rode on a Burlington streamliner in 1945 from Chicago to Minneapolis. The next year we rode on the Hiawatha on the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific to the Twin Cities. The Hiawatha was a much more comfortable ride and the view from the club car was much better.

I Chased this machine back in the 90's during the N&W steam excursion program brought it through southwest Michigan...

It was an unbelievable experience , sight , sound and smell
