Absolutely gorgeous. I would lose the vertical bumper guards and tuck it in.  The Feds did enough there. 

All she needs is armrest repair and a paint job.

I didn't know OPGI had armrests for the boattails. Neato! Wonder how they look and fit.

 

Car Looks nice. Coming from an estate, it most likely sat for many years if owner was 98. So all common mechanical issues will need attention. A paint job would put new owner immediately upside down. I'd do spot repairs to the paint and leave it alone.
