Guest NorCalCarGuy
This is sitting behind on a fence on private property. Sort of a barn find. It looks like something from the 70's. American I assume. It appears that the end of the car that is exposed in the front, but then there is no room for a radiator. I was thinking maybe a Corvair, but nothing seems to match this. And this section appears to have a seal, which you would not find under a hood but more like a trunk. However, the seal line in the center is not straight or symmetrical. Any ideas? So when I first saw the car the very first thing that came to mind was, two headlights up front, no room for a radiator, it's a trunk. Must be rear engine. American. Has to be a Corvair. But nothing matches. Front or rear. When you look at the front and rear of any Corvair the panel lines are not the same. And the bumper doesn't seem to match. By the way, I'm just Googling various Corvair images and trying to match things. I could be wrong.
