Interesting vintage Hurricane photos

I was just photographing a 1955 GMAC Magazine  to list tonight and found these old Hurricane photos from Massachusetts.    Who would have thought they had Hurricanes back then as well.  I thought that was only a recent phenomenon.

My dad saved the newspapers from that hurricane.  I remember reading them as a kid in the 1960s.

I always like seeing vintage photos. It's interesting to see the not only the differences but also the things that are still the same today.

Check out the hail damage on the Olds.  That had to be some pretty big hail to dent the curves on that car.
