bubba
Go on TCM.com to see the whole movie. I think this is a Locomobile with the Capehart top. The girl friend drives what looks like a custom Packard twin six. I'm not sure. I can't see the movie yet , just this clip. http://www.tcm.com/mediaroom/video/356820/Blot-The-Movie-Clip-She-Had-Laid-A-Trap.html

1937hd45
Very nice car, but not a Locomobile, maybe a Daniels. Bob Edited September 7, 2017 by 1937hd45 (see edit history)

R Walling
I had often wondered what you would do in a rainstorm with those cars. It seems that you would get just as wet putting on the cover than if you just drove it. (;-)

bubba
Bob looks to be the one. Any idea what that is behind the front door on both sides? What is the other car near the end of the clip. See if you can go 2 for 0. thanks I have to download something to watch the whole movie. My friend who told me about it says that there are lots of cars in it.
dibarlaw
One of the previous silent movies that were shown that day was "Where are my children" 1916. I could not identify the main characters car but it was a large 7 passenger touring. Others were a 1915 Hudson sedan and a 1915 Studebaker coupe.
