Mystery Zenith Carb

I  am attempting to thin out some parts that I think might some value.  Any idea of the application?

I'm no expert and may stand corrected but I think this model Zenith,with it's accompanying manifold,was a replacement setup for Model T Fords.My '21 490 Chevy uses one that looks almost the same,but is numbered "4" instead of "3 1/2".Not sure what the number signifies.
