My sister found this in PA.  I do have a number to the owner.  I will PM if anyone requests.   I do not know the exact location or any other particulars of the Buick.   Let me know if anyone would like the owners number.  Has a BCA sticker.  Not sure why the Buick was not posted here.

I called, The guy told me it was his neighbors and said in was restored in the 90's. I asked if the chrome was redone at the same time he said no, that is was in good shape, same with the interior. He said it was garaged since then but driven. Asked why it was for sale and he said the guy wanted to sell it. He was on a cell phone and hard to understand. Seemed short on answers. Said the price on the car was $12,500.
