Could be as early as 1925. According to The Standard Catalog, this is a Special series. which cost about $100 more than the Standard line model. "Special equipment included double bar bumpers and rear fender guards, nickel plated radiator shell, Budd-Michelin steel  disc wheels, a motormeter type radiator cap, running board step plates, Goodyear balloon tyres and cowl lamps - on closed body cars".   This car looks to have all of those.
