1962 Oldsmobile Jack sorage

How is the jack and handle suppose to store in the trunk. Jack under tire?  have a clamp and win nut that looks like it holds the handle ? no decal and not in owners book on how to properly store the jack.

On the trunk ledge, near the right side tail lights, there should be a threaded bracket. The jack and handle lay on that ledge and the clamp and wing nut hold it fast to that bracket. The clamp will only go on one way, so you have to lay the jack to fit the shape of the clamp. The handle slides under the clamp as well.
