Too my old eyes those two seats are close but not the exact same seat. Look at the side board (if that is the proper term) the Ford is longer than the Plymouth. It may or may not make a difference. 

Again maybe just my old eyes

One seat appears to be like original and the other on the same frame is a restoration with a slight different pattern.  With the proper seat frame, your upholstery guy can make the material & pattern match whatever you want.  If you have a picture of the original and the right frame, you're in business.

Any good upholstery shop can replicate a seat if you can provide a picture. Are you building a car for judging purposes? Many rare vehicles that did not have an interior and had no chance at finding one have had their interior built from scratch. I would take a tape measure to a car show and WITH THE OWNERS APPROVAL take some measurements.
