Grant66s Posted July 9, 2017 Posted July 9, 2017 (edited) My 95 yr. old mother in law purchased this car new in Aug. 1986 and had owned it since new. She passed away in Aug. of 2015 and the car has been garaged its entire life. She never drove it in the rain or snow. No one ever sat in the back seat. The car has 53000, miles on the odometer and all the original paper work is in the glove box.I was asked to sell it for the estate. I recently went to NJ with my enclosed trailer to bring it to my home to detail and check it over. After sitting in the garage for over a year, I put some gas in it and a new battery, and the car started on the second attempt. The car is all original, the interior is all original and immaculate, as is the exterior. Only things it needs are the bumper filler strips on the front and rear that I have ordered and will install after they are painted. The color is Garnet red and it has a half white vinyl top with dark red velour interior, all in excellent condition. Have every receipt for maintanence for the last 31 years. This is a true one owner survivor that you can see was maintained by a very particular person. Will be selling it once it is detailed and check it out and have the filler strips painted and installed. Price will be $7850. Please call my cell phone if any questions, 908-320-0911 Edited July 10, 2017 by Grant66s additions including phone (see edit history) 1
Grant66s Posted July 9, 2017 Author Posted July 9, 2017 It is in Barboursville, Va. (Charlottesville Area,) I have just gotten it home and it's still in my trailer, but will get photos as soon as possible.
John_S_in_Penna Posted July 10, 2017 Posted July 10, 2017 Listing a telephone number in the ad is very helpful, too. For example, if you still have the car 6 months from now, will you be checking your topic regularly? It will help put potential buyers in contact with you. All the best to you on your sale!
