K8096 Posted July 9, 2017 Share Posted July 9, 2017 1941 Cadillacs have it on the drivers side (left) top of the frame. You open the hood, stand on the drivers side of the engine compartment and look down. It's hard to find sometimes as grease/rust can cover it up. 1939 may be the same.
