Curti Posted July 7, 2017 Posted July 7, 2017 I have a Trico book, but cannot find SF651 Can any one ID this motor?
trimacar Posted July 7, 2017 Posted July 7, 2017 I had a Jeep wiper motor, early military in the 1940's, once, sold it on Ebay...your wiper reminds me of it a lot, check for Jeep wiper motors...
drwatson Posted July 8, 2017 Posted July 8, 2017 Sorry for the fuzzyiness, but yours looks like the "Heavy Duty" version as illustrated in this teaser for a $15 catalog. (no ref to SF651).
Curti Posted July 8, 2017 Author Posted July 8, 2017 I just bought it at the Iola swap meet thinking it was for 31-33 Auburn. There must be some reference to : SF651
Dave Henderson Posted July 9, 2017 Posted July 9, 2017 For whatever it's worth, the Model A Ford current judging standards show the Standrive, model 315A and the School Bus, model 330A use a Trico motor of this general type, after September, 1931.
