There is one on E-Bay under "1947 Ford Window Regulator", listed for something like $25. I don't believe the side is listed though.

Try Ford Truck Enthusiast forum. It is divided into year groups. Guys have lots of parts and I think the same one may have been used in trucks and cars.

I'm not sure if I'am replying properly.  No instructions anywhere.  It took me quite a while just to post.
