jbbuick22 Posted June 22, 2017 Posted June 22, 2017 That is a 1923 Model 41. A very nice orig on one was on this forum about a month ago. These were only made in 1923. They look like they are on a 124" wheelbase but the parts book shows the same part # for the model 47. The price seems ok. John 22-6-55 Sport touring
smithbrother Posted June 22, 2017 Posted June 22, 2017 Automatic? Must be a rare option, hehe Dale in Indy
dibarlaw Posted June 22, 2017 Posted June 22, 2017 By the looks of the condition of the tires and mismatched sizes this may have been put away during WW II. It has the correct color combination. 2 1/2 hours away.....Hummmm.... No!.. I .....must.... not.... be..... tempted... 3
Terry Wiegand Posted June 23, 2017 Posted June 23, 2017 Larry, you could use a nice closed model to go along with your two open cars. I could talk to Joannie for you. Friends do things like that for friends you know. Terry Wiegand Out in Doo Dah 1
dibarlaw Posted June 23, 2017 Posted June 23, 2017 Thanks Terry. I will remember that when I need to talk with Barbra about any similar issues. A big concern with these cars of course is the condition of the wood. From what is left of the wood framed trunk platform I will assume that there is not much wood that is sound in the structure.
Simnut Posted October 15, 2018 Posted October 15, 2018 Does anyone know where this car ended up? It's the same as the one I have.....would be an awesome twin in the stable hehehehe
