The front axle yes and judging only by the wheels , probably '30-'31. The rear axle looks to have been chopped up as the rear 2 backing plate mounting bolt lug are missing on both sides. Maybe someone's poor attempt to maybe hotrod something! The gears may still be useable if not all rusted up.

The front end is Model A, the rear is a V8 but I'm not sure of the year, note the design of the radius rods and how they mount. Do an eBay search on them and you can ID the year. Bob

A lot of these Ford rears were used as trailers and would be hacked up. This pic doesn't help much
