1936 Buick or ____ Ford front bumper?

Is this a 1936 Buick front bumper (bumper brackets do not look right), or is it a Ford bumper? Any help is appreciated.

33-36 Ford bumpers were well known for the dip in the center. This facilitates the hand crank when needed. One stripe for 33-34, two for 35-36

Pete, also my `36 Buick Special rear bumper is approx. 66 1/4" in length...
