F&J Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 My best guess is late 60s to early 70. Could be England, Japan? I know that cheap "tin" windups were still being made then. The wheels look too modern to be the popular early tin post war Japan ones. However, the aircleaner is just too big for it.
